The team nucleus of the project Practices on the Ground is made by:

Filip Valentin – project manager

Laza Leucuța Loredana – financial officer – has over 6 years of experience in financial management of projects financed by European funds.

Poruțiu Andra – project officer – is a university lecturer in the Economic Science Department of the Horticulture Faculty at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine from Cluj-Napoca since 2014, having a PHD in Agronomy. Has experience in management, rural development and economic optimization of fertilizer systems.

Pușcaș Iulia – project assistant- has an experience of over 8 years in management, administration and organisation and over 3 years experience in human resources management.

Vlasa Ioan – target group expert – agricultural engineer – has a vast experience of over 20 years in the field as well as in collaborating with different groups, associations, organisations and institutions which work for regional rural development.

Zdrenghia Vasile – environment expert practician – agricultural engineer and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the field and the rural environment, working also as a consultant on agriculture with farmers from different areas of the country.

Păcurar Ioan – expert pedologist – is a professor at the Department of Economic Sciences, University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine from Cluj-Napoca from 2006, having a vast experience in soil research studies in national and international projects. Also head of PHD programs at the University.
